Remote work is already a reality for many Brazilians and foreigners. No wonder the search for places and countries with digital nomad visas has increased by more than 4000% in the last 30 days alone, according to Google search data. That’s why PR Digital Agency Reboot Online conducted a study to find out which are the best cities for digital nomads. And guess who tops the list?
Study reveals the factors for listing the best cities for digital nomads
For a digital nomad, who works remotely with the help of technology, some factors are essential to ensure that the work is good.
Therefore, PR Reboot Online Digital Agency analyzed some criteria to list which cities would be the best options for those who already have or want to have this lifestyle.
These include the average cost of Airbnb in each country, based on data on quantity, value and average rating. Also, the average broadband download speed (mbps), as good technology is essential for digital nomads.
Other factors such as the safety index, distance between public transport and the average cost of a meal (including beer) were also included in the evaluation!
It’s also worth noting that, as this is an international study and the majority of digital nomads are foreigners, the agency also considered the average temperature of the cities, as many of them want to escape the winter! So much so that countries with temperatures below 15ºC were excluded from the index.
