The Orla Festival is back in one of Rio’s most iconic neighborhoods for another weekend of art, culture, fashion, gastronomy and live music!
With more than 60 exhibitors, the event brings together the best in designer fashion, award-winning cuisine and handicrafts. It also has an unmissable musical program and it’s free!

Encantarias
The Encantarias exhibition is part of a project to disseminate popular culture, which is inspired by the enchantments of Brazilian folguedos. Folguedos are popular festivals that bring together musical, dramatic and choreographic elements, such as Maracatu and Folia de Reis, for example.
The exhibition presents five popular Brazilian folk festivals through costumes, instruments, puppets, masks, objects, symbolic plants and typical foods.
Thus, with a totally free program, the project offers scenic mediations, dance and popular music workshops, as well as conversation circles and performance classes with masters, in an interactive and sensory experience.

Fuxico
The April edition of the traditional O Fuxico fair will feature musical attractions that appeal to different tastes, from pop to rock to MPB .
In addition to the musical program, the fair offers a gastronomic experience with varied options and the opportunity to explore local fashion and handicrafts.
Workshops and games will also be available for children, guaranteeing fun for the whole family!

My medicine
Following his success with audiences and critics, actor and singer Mouhamed Harfouch is back with the funny and moving monologue “My Medicine”, this time at the Vannucci Theater.

Chatô & the Associated Newspapers – 100 Years of Passion
The centenary of Diários Associados, one of the largest communications conglomerates in Latin America, will be celebrated with the musical “Chatô & the Diários Associados – 100 Years of Passion”, which opens this weekend at the João Caetano Theater.
The play explores the professional career of Assis Chateaubriand, founder of the media empire that transformed the Brazilian press. The plot mixes history, romance and music to highlight the communicator’s cultural legacy.

Comida di Buteco
This Friday sees the start of the 2025 season of Comida di But eco, one of Rio’s favorite gastronomic events!

Rio’s botecos
Speaking of botecos, this weekend will also see the first edition of Botecos do Rio, in Recreio.
The event brings together the best of traditional and established botecos, with a varied musical program.

Starting this weekend, Shopping Leblon is hosting the second edition of the Wine Jazz Festival, which brings together good music, special wine labels and top gastronomy!

With over 50 years of experience, Iole de Freitas continues to produce and experiment with new materials.
