Parque da Cidade, in Niterói, is an environmental preservation area within the municipality and is located at the top of Viração Hill, at an altitude of 270 meters.
The park covers an area of nearly 150,000 square meters, and from there you can see not only the beaches and neighborhoods of Niterói, but also Guanabara Bay in all its glory.

The climb up to Parque da Cidade is quite steep, and there is no bus service there .
So, the best way to get there is by car or van. Admission is free, and Parque da Cidade is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
