The evening of June 12 at Calma restaurant promises a unique gastronomic experience!
That’s because chef Jess Hume has prepared an exclusive experimental menu for the occasion. The starters include brioche with basil butter snow !
For mains, slow-roasted beef with fregula, pancetta, curd, watercress and jus, as well as the catch of the day served with crispy quinoa, passion fruit emulsion and wild broccoli.

With a privileged view of Aterro do Flamengo, Baleia Rio’s is a great tip for Valentine’s Day!
To celebrate the date, chef Bruno Barros has prepared a special menu. As a starter, there are two suggestions to share: Roastbeef with spicy salsa, dijon mustard and red onion pickle; and Shrimp in garlic, made with olive oil, garlic chips and fresh parsley.
As a main course, the chef chose grilled fish of the day with funghi risotto and grilled entrecote with orange sweet potato puree and crispy potatoes. To close, the house’s favorite dessert: Baleia Mousse, made with three types of chocolate!

Chef David Zisman ‘s proposal for Nam Thai ‘s menu is a celebration of striking and spicy flavors, with ingredients typical of Thai cuisine that awaken the senses.
One of the highlights on the menu is the duck roll with pineapple chutney, a delicious combination of contrasting flavors.
In addition, the Pennag Laksa is an enticing dish with fried rice noodles, prawns, squid and scallops, all prepared with coconut milk, pennang curry, kafir lime leaves, mint, tamarind and lemon, which can be adapted into a vegetarian version.
To end the meal, two desserts stand out: the Belgian chocolate kulfi, with Ovomaltine and caramelized banana, and the coconut cream and ginger brule.
