Chef Millena Sá has created exclusive recipes to celebrate Mother’s Day with lots of flavor, affection and elegance.
So, until May 11, when ordering the Tortiglione al Mare dish, with a creamy Parmesan cheese and bacon sauce with four sealed VG prawns, the customer gets an exclusive drink. The drink is made with tonic, hibiscus and spices, very refreshing and sophisticated!
In addition, the chef presents La Rose, a surprising dessert made with choux pastry, sweet cream cheese, red velvet bran and whipped cream!

Signatures
Mother’s Sunday can have a special flavor at Signatures. That’s because head chefs Yann Kamps and Philippe Brye have created a menu dedicated to them.
For starters, chilled pea cream with mint, accompanied by grilled prawns in Sicilian lemon, finished with parma crunch. Then, tartelette de chévre with caramelized figs and orange blossom honey, with a crunchy option of pâte brisée, stuffed with goat’s cheese.
Next, asparagus risotto with pupunha tollettes, Sicilian lemon and shavings of aged canastra cheese, with chestnut crumble.
For the main course, grilled sea bass loin in sparkling wine sauce with confit vegetables and brut sparkling wine sauce. Finally, a strawberry and citrus tart to sweeten the experience!

Grand Hyatt
The Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro is holding its traditional brunch in celebration of Mother’s Day.
On Sunday, from 1pm to 4pm, there will be a full buffet, a children’s playground to entertain the little ones and lots of music!
Banquet chef Carlos Volker is responsible for the menu , which includes cold cuts, cheeses, salads, antipasti, hot dishes and vegan dishes.
Another highlight is the dessert station with creations by chef pâtissier Paula Peixoto. Sparkling wine, white and red wines, beer, caipirinha and non-alcoholic drinks are also included in the price.
