How about traveling to eight different countries without even leaving Rio de Janeiro? Then you can pack your bags, or rather your taste buds, because Gastronomia Sem Fronteiras is back in São Conrado, bringing together big names in gastronomy, musical attractions, an entrepreneurial fair and some very tasty experiences!
International cuisine represented by renowned chefs
In this edition of Gastronomia Sem Fronteiras, eight countries will be represented by leading names on the culinary scene, curated by chef Elia Schramm.
From Germany, chef Fábio Rodrigo runs the Herr Pfeffer restaurant. Argentina is present with the Malta Beef Club, represented by partner Marcelo Malta.
Belgium is bringing the prestigious chef Frédéric de Maeyer, who has participated in the event since its first edition. To celebrate the “France-Brazil Season 2025“, the French flavors of the Térèze restaurant come to life under the command of chefs Jérôme Dardillac and Luanna Malheiros.
If you’re looking for Italian dishes, the country is well represented by chef Heaven Delhaye, at the helm of Heaven Cucina. To represent Japan, partner Patrick Szklarz returns with the restaurant Jappa da Quitanda.
From Portugal, chef Alexandre Henriques presents dishes from Gruta do Fado. And, of course, valuing Brazilian and Carioca cuisine, chef Francisco Nóbrega represents QuiQui, which was elected the winning kiosk of the ‘Sabores da Orla’ award in 2024.
Shows and more attractions at Gastronomia Sem Fronteiras
And the festival won’t be restricted to gastronomy! Big-name musical acts are also on the event’s program, with shows by Rodrigo Santos, Tico Santa Cruz, Sandra de Sá, Leo Jaime, among others.
Gastronomia also features talks, debates, an entrepreneurship fair and a special program on Father’s Day Sunday.
There will also be a solidarity ticket action at the festival, which guarantees half-price tickets if you donate 1 kg of non-perishable food. More than a ton has already been collected in previous editions!
