Feijoada do Francês
Carnival is very Brazilian, but Feijoada do Francês is second to none when it comes to gastronomy, good music and exclusive experiences!
In its 15th edition, in addition to the typical dish that gives the event its name, the program also includes the drums of the Acadêmicos do Grande Rio samba school, the lively Mirante Samba Show, and a special set by DJ Flashback Luiz.
What’s more, when your body needs a rest after all that samba, you can try a massage sponsored by the Granado perfume brand !

Feijoada at Malandro Botequim
The new bar in Botafogo is already a favorite among Cariocas, with lots of samba, tasty snacks and an atmosphere full of history and art. And, of course, lots of feijoada!
In this pre-Carnival season, enjoy the complete feijoada, perfect for sharing, with selected meats, fresh rice, toasted garlic farofa, sautéed cabbage and fresh oranges.
There’s also the feijoada dumpling with orange jelly!

Feijoada at Al Farabi
Al Farabi, a bar and bookstore in the center of Rio, has a fixed feijoada on the menu.
The complete feijoada is served with dried meat, loin, oxtail, paio and sausage, accompanied by white rice, cabbage and oranges.
In addition, during this season of revelry, samba circles, one of the main and most authentic Brazilian cultural manifestations, are also part of Al Farabi’s program every weekend!

Feijoada Carioca
Among the pre-Carnival feijoadas in the city, VillageMall‘s season, which is already in its 11th edition, is about to begin.
From February 1 to March 1, always on Saturdays at lunchtime, visitors can try different versions of the dish at the participating restaurants. These include Pobre Juan, dB House, Giuseppe Mar, Gruta do Fado and Olivo Villaggio.
In addition, during the period, some participants in the action will be offering caldinhos tastings to visitors to the mall.

Mané’s Feijoada
At Mané, there’s feijoada from Friday to Sunday – and just the way every carioca likes it!
That’s why, in this pre-Carnival season, the bar chain is offering a version of feijoada that’s perfect for those looking for a classic lunch that’s also full of bossa.
Mané’s feijoada is served with loose rice, cabbage sautéed with garlic, house-made farofa and oranges, with versions for two and four people.
In addition, for an extra charge, the dish comes with a lemon caipirinha.
