If you wanted to watch the 2026 World Cup surrounded by a crowd, cheering and rooting hard for the Brazilian national team, the Copacabana Arena might be a good option.
The venue, with a capacity of up to 10,000 people, will feature three high-definition screens, as well as a food court, bars, brand activations, and areas designed for audience interaction.
In addition, the Copacabana Arena aims to be an active space throughout the day. Thus, before the matches, DJs, samba schools, and guest performers will get the crowd pumped up .

The official opening will be on June 13
The Copacabana Arena will open on June 13, the date of the Brazilian national team’s World Cup debut. It will be located on Copacabana Beach, near Princesa Isabel Avenue.
After the opening ceremony, the arena will also host the public for Brazil’s matches and the World Cup final.
Admission is completely free, but you must pick up tickets in advance to secure your spot. Tickets for the first day will be available starting June 3!
