The latest edition of the Barbie Run in Rio de Janeiro was a success! The Barbie-themed run, which filled Copacabana Beach in 2024, is back in the Marvelous City, this time in Barra da Tijuca. Find out more about the event!
This is the second edition of the race in Rio de Janeiro

In 2024, it was the first time that the themed race took place in Latin America, as part of the celebrations for the 65th anniversary of the world’s most famous doll!
In Brazil, the Barbie Run first passed through Rio de Janeiro and then went on to São Paulo, bringing together more than 9,000 people between the two cities!
With all this success, the Barbie Run is back to color the Marvelous City pink this weekend and promises lots of excitement and energy! The race will then head to Belo Horizonte and São Paulo next month.
New routes and more: what’s coming up at Barbie Run 2025

That’s because the Barbie Run 2025 will take place in the Olympic Park, with two courses: 3km and 6km. So everyone can have fun and take part, whether it’s running, walking or even dancing!
What’s more, after the races, the arenas offer various activations and immersive experiences for participants to enjoy a very special day !
