Anyone who loves good food and great music has reason to celebrate, as Brazil’s largest food festival has already set its date in the city. Rio Gastronomia will take place from September 17 to October 4 at the Jockey Club, featuring restaurants, bars, live shows, and the traditional Ferris wheel!
The event brings together 36 establishments, including newcomers and veterans
In this edition, Rio Gastronomia will celebrate great gatherings featuring the most beloved restaurants and bars of the Marvelous City.
Among the confirmed participants, the public will have the chance to sample the delights of major newcomers, such as Epicerie Kadeau, Ferro e Farinha, Gonza, Kata Sushi, and Koral.
In addition, beloved veterans are back, including Absurda Confeitaria, Babbo Osteria, Bar do Momo, Curadoria, Heaven Cucina, and many others. The culinary program also includes demonstration classes with renowned chefs and immersive experiences, promising to please all tastes, ages, and palates.

And Rio Gastronomia isn’t just about food ! The festival’s evenings will be enlivened by concerts featuring Brazilian music stars from a variety of genres.
The lineup includes concerts by Samuel Rosa (Sept. 17), Marcelo D2 (Sept. 24), Silva (Oct. 1), and Ferrugem (Oct. 2), to name just a few highlights. There will also be Pretinho da Serrinha, Blitz, Bento Gil, and Flor Gil, and to top it all off, Bloco da Favorita.
Attractions also include the traditional Rio Gastronomia Ferris wheel and a kids’ area for the little ones to have fun! Plus: a farmers’ market featuring producers from the state of Rio de Janeiro, with a diverse selection of artisanal items, such as cheeses, preserves, cachaças, cured meats, olive oils, cookies, sweets, and more!
Rio Gastronomia 2026 takes place from September 17 to October 4, but ticket presales begin on August 7. General sales open on August 10, with tickets ranging from R$ 80.00 (Thursdays and Fridays) to R$ 88.00 (Saturdays and Sundays).
