Awards celebrate the talent and dedication of the world’s best bars
The prestigious World’s Top 500 Bars ranking recognizes the bars that stand out around the world. And this is the third time that Liz Cocktail & Co. has appeared on the list!
In this 2025 edition, the bar has consolidated its position on the global cocktail scene by once again being included in the prestigious list, occupying position 354.
However, Liz was already present in the 2024 edition, as well as being part of the list of the 50 Best Discoveries of the year.
Under the command of mixologist and entrepreneur Tai Barbin, this achievement has a special flavor. According to him,

‘Liz’s Diary’ features drinks inspired by literary adventures
To continue the creative legacy, Liz Cocktail & Co. recently launched a new drinks menu. It’ s “Liz’s Diary – The Secret Art of Botanical Mix”, which tells the adventures of Liz, a 19th century traveler who shares her tastes.
For this first chapter of a trilogy, nine cocktails were created, each inspired by a letter of the alphabet and a key ingredient, such as açaí, brioche and dill. The aim is to transport customers to different parts of the world, combining literary narrative with sophisticated cocktails.
In addition, the bar is introducing signature tinctures to personalize the house classics and provide an even more exclusive experience .
Among the highlights is the ‘Flor de Sabugueiro’, which surprises with elderflower liqueur , cachaça, white rum, Aperol, pineapple, passion fruit, Sicilian lemon, yuzu, fennel, green tea and orange bitters, clarified with lactose-free milk and carbonated.
The ‘Cupuaçu Cocktail’, a house favorite, takes Havana Club 3-year-old rum, Patrón tequila, cupuaçu, pineapple, lemon-taiti and cumaro.
