The event brings together more than 60 restaurants, cafés and bakeries in the city

This year’s theme is “Masterpiece at the table”, to celebrate the creativity, technique and passion that turn gastronomy into art.
Thus, each establishment will create an exclusive dish for the festival, in a petit portion, and will offer it at a fixed price: starters at R$35, main courses at R$45 and desserts at R$30.
Among the participants, for example, Bom Apetite is betting on whole squid stuffed with shrimp farofa, served with baroa mousseline in shrimp sauce. Lino Café is presenting Pôr do Sol, an Entremet composed of coconut mousse, passion fruit compote with mango and passion fruit gelée .
But these are just some of the highlights of the festival, which offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes!
Gastronomic Village, gourmet lounge and more attractions!

So that the public can taste the varied food options, the Festival will create a Gastronomic Village, with stands from all the selected establishments.
In addition, the event will feature two gourmet lounges, where it will be possible to watch presentations by guest chefs, sommeliers and food artists.
What’s more, an agenda of experiences, such as show classes, workshops, pairings and cultural attractions, are also on the Festival’s program.
Starting on September 1, the events will be spread across the participating establishments, which will offer an exclusive dish. Prices vary according to each restaurant.
