For meat lovers, the Blend BBQ Festival is truly a feast— we couldn’t resist the pun!
That’s because the event, considered Rio’s largest barbecue festival, features more than 15 premium meat stations, run by chefs, grill masters, and pitmasters.
Thus, cuts such as ground-fire ribs, brisket, picanha, smoked cupim, ancho steak, chorizo, and porchetta are on the menu. In addition, charcoal-grilled burgers, artisanal sausages, and classic sides will also be among the options.
There’s more: to round out the experience, attendees will find craft beers, specialty drinks, and a kids’ area with plenty of activities for children to enjoy!

And this festival isn’t just about barbecue! The musical lineup is also one of the highlights of the Blend BBQ Festival.
Among the festival’s more than ten attractions are band performances and tributes to national and international pop rock. To keep everyone on their feet, DJs will be in charge of getting the dance floor going every day of the event! Check out the schedule of attractions here :
- Friday (May 15): DJ Rocco, Igor Carvalho (Rappa Tribute), Markyze (Charlie Brown Jr. Tribute), and Black Circle (Pearl Jam Tribute);
- Saturday (May 16): DJ Marcelo B, Arcade (International Pop Rock), Biometrio (Brazilian 80s Rock), Chilli (Brazilian and International Rock), and Kill Pop (2000s Rock);
- Sunday (May 17): DJ MMarques, River Raid (International 80s Rock), Animals (Maroon 5 Tribute), U2 Rio (U2 Tribute), and Merlin (Brazilian and International Rock).
